Membership
Steven is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors and the Franklin County Board of Realtors.
He is actively involved with the Franklin County Board of Realtors and has served on multiple committees including Professional Standards, Grievance, Million Dollar Club and a local director for several years.
Steven recently completed Certified Distressed Property Expert, (CDPE certification). CDPE's are trained to assist Sellers with "short sales" as opposed to going into foreclosure.

In 1987 Steven was recognized as the Franklin County Board of Realtors, Realtor Salesperson of the Year.
Steven is a consistent Top Producer and has received other awards including: Life Member of the Million Dollar Club, Pinnacle Level Missouri Association of Realtors, "Top Lister", "Top Sales", and "Top Producer" awards.
Steve and his wife Joyce have lived in Union, MO for over 48 years.
Steven is a professional, knowledgable Realtor with over 25 years of service in all areas of real estate.
